Veoh is slow uploading

Yeah same question as below but asked in a different way, I've been trying to upload to VEOH for fun recently but it just won't let me upload fast anymore. I uploaded the Seed of Chucky once at very fast speeds and now with a new account i'm lucky if it gets over 40kb/s per sec. Taking bloody ages to upload The French Connection. Maybe i should complain to VEOH that it won't let me upload my Bootleg movies.
