Ok, the guy who will came up with the best user title solution, will be awarded with custom user title custom in any ways - up to bold italic underlined and colored ;)

or if you wana make it kinda funny/wacky

Member 0-30
Waits for DVD 30-70
Goes to theater 70-120
Watches online 120-200
Steals Movie Film 200+

Thought the second one kinda goes with how much you like movies or how important it is to see them
