Video of Frank Khoury and partner who travelled round the USA in the late 1990s aiming to get footage of ETVs [extra terrestrial vehicles]. It becomes apparent that either they were just really lucky obtaining footage or they were somehow targeted and/or followed by these craft.

The events leading on from Red Mountain in Montana to many other states of the US become too bizarre for these to be purely military related and earthbound phenomena. This is ultimately backed up by the footage in the hotel room towards the end of the video. Frank Khoury continues his search for UFOs today although since the hotel room event he is no longer in touch with his partner.
