I'm sorta new here and need a bit of help finding out the name of a movie.
OK, its probably form the late 90s or early 2000s. Its a comedy about a guy who gets three wishes and he wishes to be rich, have lots of money and i think be powerful.... he ends up waking up one day being a south american drug lord....
