Okay very long ago i watched a movie with 2 funny guys locked in by accident in an environmental facility. the 2 guys was totaly nuts and they could not get out before some years has past. some tryed to help them out with a tank but that did not work. but the 2 guys had found a way out and then they invited a bunch of people to a party.

plz help me this movie has been on my mind for some years now
